A police officer addresses all police officers in the U.S. and all over the world and talks about human rights. We are in a time when things happen quickly, and our rights are being denied. We must remember our basic human rights and the simple fact that the people give power to the government, and not vice versa.

It’s happening now in the U.S. and is starting to happen in Israel as well.

  • You know, as a police officer, I’m obligated to make this video
  • I have been working in law enforcement for ten years and I talk to the other colleagues
  • Officers and people in any type of role in law enforcement
  • I’ve seen officers all over the country enforcing orders in a tyrannical way against the people
  • I hope it’s the minority of officers but I’m not sure anymore
  • Because every time I turn on the TV and every time I look online
  • I see people being arrested for going to church or for driving on the roads
  • Were arrested for surfing, starting their businesses or going to the park with their families
  • Or because they made nails while using their home as a business
  • And secret agents get there and arrest them
  • And blame them for what? Crime? I don’t understand what criminals people are in
  • When they make nails in their home
  • But we are starting to see it more and we need to start looking at ourselves as officers
  • and ask ourselves if what we do is right
  • I want to remind you that, despite the whole corona virus thing, we don’t have the authority to do this to people.
  • Just because a mayor or governor tells us to do them
  • I don’t care if it’s your emblem or your police commissioner, we must not violate basic constitutional human rights
  • Just because someone in our chain of command tells us we’re allowed
  • This is not how this country works
  • These are false arrests. We violate people’s rights, and we take money from them
  • or worse, they are arrested and deprived of their freedom
  • while exercising their constitutional rights
  • So let’s talk about it
  • Let’s read something from the Declaration of Independence
  • All people are created equal
  • Among these, we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
  • To ensure these rights, governments have been established within the people
  • who receive their power from the consent of the governors
  • It means that all the power of government officials is derived from the people – from the citizens that we are
  • We do not control our citizens. This is contrary to the foundation on which our state was founded
  • And that’s what I’m saying
  • Violation of the first constitutional right, to tell people that they cannot go to the church (or synagogue)
  • Freedom of Religion
  • Tell people that they can’t demonstrate. The right to incorporate.
  • Violations of the Fourth Amendment. Cessation of illegal movement to check certificates.
  • What are you, the Gestapo? Is it Nazi Germany of the 30s?
  • Do not arrest people unless you have a reasonable suspicion or good reason to suspect that they have committed a crime
  • And I know people personally who have been arrested
  • and they were told to present documents that were deemed essential
  • That’s not how our work is conducted
  • What really annoyed me, the fact that lately these officers are coming out here
  • and enforce these tyrannical edicts
  • What they do is, they make my job dangerous
  • They put my work and personal safety at risk
  • Because you are widening the gap between public trust and law enforcement
  • And whatever it’s going to cause…
  • Look at what has happened to law enforcement in the last 10 years
  • Less and less public trust. Often as a result of individual events that go out of proportion
  • Well, now they are no longer isolated events and they happen every day
  • And the thing I want you to understand is that our power as police officers and officers
  • It is nothing more than a façade of image power
  • It’s a badge and a gun. And you won’t get it if you haven’t lived in anarchy
  • And if you have not seen fighting. Things can be taken from people in one heartbeat
  • And I’m afraid these actions are going to wake up an old giant. the American people
  • They will enter a position where they will not be willing to override their rights anymore.
  • And we are the enforcement officers, we will be taken away from the ability to enforce the law within 10 minutes
  • I think what’s going to happen if it continues
  • that we’re going to see bloodshed on the streets
  • I don’t want to see bloodshed on the streets from either side of this coin
  • I don’t want to see officers injured or killed, and I certainly don’t want to see civilians injured and killed.
  • And I assure you, those of you who are committing tyrannical acts on our citizens
  • You’re not ready for battle
  • In the first place, you are not mentally or physically prepared for battle. I promise you
  • You don’t want to go through it, and I hope I never have to go through it again
  • You know, you can’t say, “I’m doing this because I was told to do this.”
  • or “I follow instructions” or “I have to keep this job”
  • Guess what. I have to keep this job better than anyone else. I have three young children
  • I have to pay for 2 houses. There’s the same sobbing story that you all have
  • But my personal choices and living arrangements, no matter what they are
  • They don’t let me trample on people’s rights
  • And I don’t understand why so many people have such a hard time understanding this concept
  • Listen. You need to stand up for what is right to do
  • If you are part of a department or agency that asks officers or their deputies to violate the rights of citizens
  • To rob them of their freedom, you have to stand up and say: “No, it’s not me, that’s not what I enlisted for”
  • “It totally goes against my oath”
  • And if it costs you your job, then so be it. At least you will be able to look at yourself in the mirror at night
  • I already expressed this in my department and luckily I come from a department
  • In it I feel that my chain of command agrees with me.
  • But I don’t care what platoon you are or what your chain of command thinks
  • You don’t start trampling on people’s freedom
  • As a veteran special fighter, I fought on the streets of Iraq under the guise of a U.S. government freedom fighter
  • I’m telling you, the American people are going to be.
  • You’re going to wake up an old giant and they’re going to fight ten times harder
  • For their freedom on their land more than anything you’ve ever seen
  • And if it’s something you’re willing to deal with then keep trampling people
  • But I assure you that the American spirit of defiance is going to resurface
  • And this will be a big problem for our country
  • I’ll leave you with that. Something I learned as “nothing” in the army
  • In any situation you get into, if you look inside yourself and ask yourself only one question
  • Am I doing the right thing? You will know the answer
  • And no amount of money or no decree or law or anything else
  • Shouldn’t make you go against what you know is right to do
  • So I urge the officers to look inside themselves and ask themselves. Is this what I want to do to my citizens?
  • And I think the answer is obvious. And if we all stand up for it together, guess what
  • It won’t be an issue anymore.
  • Because people and law enforcement will be united, just as we should be
